Got a Big Idea? TEDxWinnipeg Wants to Hear It!

Nov 27, 2024 | Announcements, Blog, Speaker Update

Do you have an idea that’s too good to keep to yourself? Maybe it’s the one you keep telling your friends about—or the one that makes them say, “You should give a TED Talk!” Well, this is your chance.

TEDxWinnipeg is returning for its 11th event on May 29, 2025, and we’re looking for inspiring Manitoba speakers to take the stage. Whether you’re an expert in your field, an artist with a unique vision, or someone with a powerful personal story, TEDxWinnipeg 2025 is your opportunity to share your ideas with a broad audience and join a global community of thought leaders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • An idea worth spreading. Got a topic that sparks curiosity, challenges perspectives, or inspires change? That’s what we’re all about.
  • Passion and authenticity. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about their message and excited to share it on stage.
  • The courage to step into the spotlight. Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help get you there!

Why Apply?

  • Your voice matters! TEDxWinnipeg isn’t just a stage—it’s a global platform to share ideas that can make a real impact.
  • You’ll be in great company. Past speakers include innovators, artists, change-makers, and everyday people with extraordinary stories.
  • An unforgettable experience. Joining the TEDxWinnipeg community is an opportunity to connect with like-minded people who are passionate about making a difference.

Applications are open now and will close on December 28, 2024 at midnight CT. Speakers will be announced in January 2025, so don’t wait—this could be your moment. Apply right here, but be sure to read all the instructions first.

Do you know someone who should apply? Share this post with someone you know who has a powerful idea to share. Let’s make TEDxWinnipeg 2025 a celebration of bold, innovative, and transformative thinking. We can’t wait to hear what you have to say!
