Vendor Set-Up:

  • Products may be dropped off the day before.
  • Set-up runs from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM on the day of the event.

Booth Pricing:

  • 8ft Table: $100
  • 8×8 Floor Space: $150
  • North Forge Members: 20% discount ($80 per table)

What We’re Looking For

TEDx Winnipeg seeks vendors who bring originality, craftsmanship, and a fresh perspective to the market. We prioritize:

✅ Unique, innovative designs – Whether handcrafted or independently produced, your products must be designed and made in Canada.
✅ Diverse product lines – If you specialize in a single item, offer a variety of styles, colors, or designs.
✅ Distinctive offerings – We encourage makers who stand out rather than follow mainstream trends.
✅ Social presence – While a strong social media presence isn’t required, we do review accounts to see your products, interactions, and past setups. New makers are welcome!

⚠️ Not Permitted: MLM products (e.g., Tupperware, Norwex), resellers, or items prohibited by the University of Manitoba.

Additional Info:

  • Tables & table dressings are provided, but backdrops and booths are not.
  • Electricity is not provided, but WiFi is publicly accessible.
