Who Moved my Unicorn?

Five Questions with Joseph Ranseth

What motivates you?

As marketers, we understand the mechanics by which people make decisions, and the tools & strategies needed to influence those decisions to engineer transactions. The shift that is necessary, however, is that marketers begin to use their superpowers for good, instead of evil. True change comes not by controlling actions (discipline), but by changing the way that people think… disposition, their natural inclination to act. By embracing purpose-driven principles, we begin to see higher than just transactions alone and begin to engineer true transformation, like the greatest marketers in history: Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, etc.
