What motivates you?

Making a random stranger truly laugh at least once in the day.

What do you do for a living, and why?

I continue to breath and eat…. that is what I do to keep living. Oh wait, Dyslexia strikes again. I have a highly diverse background, but most of it could be summed up as a communicator

Why are you excited to speak at TEDxWinnipeg?

There is an impressive list of thousands of speakers who have done TED and TEDx talks. Being able to be included amongst this group is humbling and super exciting too.

What’s your connection to Manitoba?

I was born in Winnipeg and grew up here. I’ve travelled and lived all over North America, but no matter how far I go away.Those skies draw me back every time.
