With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Morgan Fiks is a seasoned professional dedicated to craftsmanship and education. Currently serving as a Carpentry Instructor at RRC Polytechnic, Morgan brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to inspire the next generation of builders.

Before joining RRC, Morgan spent eight years with Bockstael Construction, contributing to numerous successful projects and just about any committee he could participate in. Among Morgan’s proudest achievements is completing a notable exhibit at the Manitoba Museum—a testament to his commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Morgan embracing Manitoba’s winters on a frozen lake, enjoying ice fishing in a custom-outfitted flip-over tent. From innovative carpentry to outdoor adventures, laser cutting or engraving and 3d printing, Morgan Fiks is a builder at heart—dedicated to creating, innovating, teaching, and inspiring in every facet of life.
