What is TEDx Winnipeg?
Local people; global impact.
TEDx Winnipeg, located on the original lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anisininewuk, Dakota Oyate and Dene, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis, is a local & independently organized event that brings people together to share a TED-like experience. Live speakers, engaging videos, interactive market spaces, and breakout sessions come together to spark meaningful discussions and foster connections, driving growth and innovation for all Manitobans.
While TED provides general guidelines, TEDx Winnipeg is an independently organized event, distinct from official TED events. We follow TED’s format to deliver a TED-like experience, but our event is created and curated locally to reflect the unique ideas and voices of our community.
